How Formix handles your data
Formix is an all-in-one file converter for iPhone and iPad that converts images, videos, audio, documents and ebooks entirely on your device.
Formix does not collect, store or transmit any personal data that can identify you. All files you import and convert are processed locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server. Conversion history is stored on-device only and automatically deleted after 7 days. For subscriptions, RevenueCat processes transactions and uses an anonymous app identifier to validate and restore purchases. We only receive your Pro entitlement status.
Formix does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs or tracking technologies. We use RevenueCat only to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.
When you purchase or restore a Pro subscription, RevenueCat processes the transaction and uses an anonymous app-specific identifier to associate the purchase with your app installation. Purchase history data is used for app functionality (receipt validation and restore) and analytics (subscription status in our RevenueCat dashboard). This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across apps. No device identifiers or advertising identifiers are collected.
All file conversions happen 100% on your device using native iOS frameworks. No files are uploaded to any server at any time. Converted files are cached locally and automatically cleaned up after 7 days. When you share or save a file, it is handled entirely by the iOS system share sheet under your control.
We do not share any of your data with third parties. For purchases, limited information is shared with RevenueCat (such as the anonymous identifier and purchase status) to validate transactions and enable restore.
Formix is not directed at children and does not collect any personal information from children.
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no personal information for us to access, modify or delete. If you wish to remove your data from the app, you can delete the app from your device, which removes all cached files and conversion history.
